The Role

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll report to our Customer Experience Manager and be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our musician-users. You'll work closely with our Product Specialist and Customer Experience Manager to handle a diverse range of inquiries from our users, engage with customers via email, real-time chat, and our knowledge base, and report technical bugs to our product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a diverse range of inquiries from our users, including technical support, product questions, and creative guidance

  • Engage with customers via email, real-time chat, and our knowledge base to provide timely and effective support
  • Report technical bugs to our product and engineering teams to ensure prompt resolution
  • Identify problems and friction points for our users, then help come up with solutions to improve their experience
  • Draw on your understanding of music creation to help our users achieve their creative goals

What We're Looking For:

* Passionate about creating music and understanding the needs of music makers

  • Prior customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional support
  • Compassionate and empathetic towards your fellow musicians, with a strong ability to understand and address their concerns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • A team player who is energized by working with others, with a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships
  • A highly motivated self-starter, with a strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Able to flourish in a high-volume work environment, with a strong ability to manage stress and maintain a positive attitude
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Nice to Haves:

* You are a arenaflex user and familiar with our platform, with a strong understanding of our products and services

  • Experience working in a creative industry, with a strong understanding of music creation and the needs of music makers

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range: $52,500 - $67,500
