Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for handling high-volume calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing support for our healthcare and pharmacy services. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension, and we are looking for candidates who can commit to working a variety of shifts, including:
- 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Tuesday - Saturday)
- 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Sunday - Thursday)
- 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Saturday - Wednesday)
- 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (Friday - Tuesday)
Training and Onboarding
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. You will participate in a 2-3 week training program, which includes:
- Classroom instruction on our systems, policies, and procedures
- Hands-on training on our software and tools
- Team meetings and collaboration with experienced colleagues
- Ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure your success
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing support for our healthcare and pharmacy services, including answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases
- Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Accurately documenting and recording customer information in our systems
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolving customer complaints
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
- Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens
- Ability to handle complex calls and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to accurately document and record customer information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
- Bi-lingual skills in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are preferred
