Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service/Chat Agent, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to complex issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services in a friendly and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chat requests in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to determine the root cause of issues and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or answering chats
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding arenaflex's products and services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Strong typing skills (minimum 30 wpm) and proficiency in writing (business writing skills)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and exceptional closing skills
- Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently
- Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills
- Strong time management skills
- Bilingual capabilities a plus
