Job Overview
As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers through online chat interactions. Your primary objective will be to represent our dealer clients in a positive manner while converting these interactions into valuable leads to enhance revenue generation from website traffic. You'll be responsible for managing a diverse range of customer inquiries, providing precise information regarding products and services, scheduling appointments effectively, and continuously developing and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base of our evolving offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Provide precise information regarding products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, finance, and general dealership questions
- Schedule appointments effectively based on customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Continuously develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of our evolving offerings, staying ahead of industry trends and developments
- Capture and document customer contact information for lead generation purposes, ensuring accurate and secure data management
- Summarize customer interactions and feedback for client review, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement
Required Skills
* Demonstrated excellence in customer service within a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Basic proficiency in internet and computer use, with experience in online chat platforms and software
