Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for Blue Cross Blue Shield, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing exceptional service and assistance with their insurance-related inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls from Blue Cross Blue Shield members and healthcare providers with empathy and professionalism
  • Assisting members with inquiries related to insurance coverage, claims, and benefits, providing accurate and timely information about policies and procedures

Requirements
