Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team at arenaflex. As a key member of our remote customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. Your primary goal will be to handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals. Responsibilities

  • Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your prompt and professional responses will set the tone for their experience with arenaflex.
  • Providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns: Your ability to analyze customer complaints and provide effective solutions will be crucial in resolving issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the system: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, which will help us to improve our services and provide better support in the future.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries: As a member of our remote customer service team, you will work closely with other representatives and departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets: Your performance will be measured against defined service level goals, and you will be expected to meet or exceed these targets to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times: You will be expected to adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, which are designed to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and employee safety.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role: While not essential, prior experience in a customer service role will be beneficial in this position.
