Job Overview
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns
- Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
- Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
- Assist customers with questions and concerns
- Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
- Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receive truck deliveries
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week

* Previous customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and manage inventory
