Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will be part of a dynamic and diverse team of customer support professionals who are dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and processing returns or refunds

  • Utilize knowledge of Amazon products and services to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer interaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer support experience in a call center or remote environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and escalate as necessary
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, chat platforms, and email systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and support
