You will engage with customers through live chat, offering prompt and accurate responses to their questions or concerns. Your role is crucial in maintaining arenaflex's reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries through live chat
- Resolve product or service problems by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team
- Update customer information and ensure all changes are recorded correctly
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Follow communication guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent customer service
Requirements
* Excellent written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat tools
- Ability to work independently and remain productive
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to meet specific and often tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
