Key Responsibilities
As an Administrator and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling data entry for import and export processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of data entry and administration.
- Creating export paperwork and documentation to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Extracting data from various sources and populating it onto spreadsheets.
- Utilizing SAP software for purchasing and ordering at an admin level.
- Assisting with debt chasing to ensure timely payments.
- Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
Working Hours and Schedule
Initially, the role will require 2 months of training based in the office. After the training period, you will have the flexibility to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The working hours will be 36.25 hours per week, providing a great work-life balance.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in data entry, preferably in imports and exports.
- Proficiency in using SAP software for purchasing and ordering.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits
