Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Work From Home Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately processing customer information and ensuring completion within timed deadlines
- Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
- Interfacing and coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management
- Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
- Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
- Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
- Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
- Using the system to verify customer records
- Setting up DCS screens
- Transmitting data to customers
- Researching and resolving system data issues
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in using Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to navigate a fast-moving environment with poise
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a multicultural environment and with all levels of an organization
- IT literacy with knowledge of using various software applications
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
