Job Summary

As a Remote Web Chat Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a team of remote web chat representatives, developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience, and collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Responsibilities

As a Remote Web Chat Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Team Management: Manage a team of remote web chat representatives, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Monitoring: Monitor chat interactions to ensure that they meet our quality and compliance standards, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience through chat, including identifying trends and making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, sales, and marketing, to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.
  • Escalation Management: Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions as needed, and work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the chat platform.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to ensure that our chat platform is efficient, effective, and aligned with our customer experience goals.

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Web Chat Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • Experience: 8 years of experience in customer service or web chat management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and improving customer experience.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of remote web chat representatives.
  • Resourcefulness and Drive: A resourceful and driven personality, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Research and Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in research and negotiation soft skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with knowledge of web chat platforms and CRM systems.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP), are a plus.
