Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for:
- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond
- Interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same
- Using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines
- Resolving high-level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment
- Advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
- Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns
- Providing support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
- Supporting policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
