Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Recruiter to join our remote workforce and drive our customer service recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various customer service roles. Your expertise will help us build a talented team that's equipped to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, and networking
• Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and assess their fit for our customer service roles
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide support to ensure timely placements
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business field preferred
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work, including maintaining accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
