Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Customer Chat Support Agent. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for engaging with arenaflex subscribers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on using our streaming services. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with arenaflex subscribers through live chat to address their inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance on using our streaming services.
  • Resolving customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with arenaflex services.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems effectively.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex content, features, and updates to provide accurate and timely information to subscribers.
  • Responding to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to streaming, account access, and billing.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve escalated issues.
  • Maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude while providing support.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
