Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
  • Knowledge of financial services products and services
  • Experience working with diverse customer groups, including those with disabilities
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
