Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Client Achievement Supervisor to join our team and drive the success of our early adopter clients. As a Client Achievement Supervisor, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships with our clients, and scaling our client success program. You'll work closely with our Business, Product, and Design teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver an outstanding client experience by understanding client business objectives and needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, training, and enablement sessions, and by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex's products and services.
• Develop and execute client achievement plans that set clear goals, objectives, KPIs, and timelines to drive client success and growth.
• Systematize best practices, guides, and FAQs based on client feedback and communications to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Gather and share client feedback with internal stakeholders to identify trends and areas for improvement, and to inform product development and strategy.
• Collaborate closely with our Outreach team to ensure seamless handoffs between pre- and post-sales activities.
• Identify and address potential issues or roadblocks that may impact client success, and develop solutions to mitigate risks and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a client achievement or similar role, with a proven track record of driving client success and growth in a complex, global organization.

• Strong history of delivering and scaling exceptional client experiences, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels, from executives to technical stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues or roadblocks, with a focus on finding solutions that drive client success and growth.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines, and to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform client success strategies and drive business growth.
