The Role
As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our VIP and Ultra clients through online chat platforms like Facebook Messenger. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, answering their questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Your goal will be to "WOW" our customers with swift and effective problem-solving, rather than just following a script.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to live chat messages on our website or social media accounts
- Answer customer questions and provide solutions to their problems
- Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements:
* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
