Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive to lead our remote team of representatives and oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for creating policies and procedures, selecting and hiring new staff, and ensuring a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of representatives offering customer support and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee the customer service process, including resolving customer complaints and providing feedback to staff.
  • Create policies and procedures to ensure a consistent level of service is maintained across all customer interactions.
  • Plan and deliver training programs to standardize service delivery and enhance product knowledge.
  • Select and hire new staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and qualities to excel in the role.
  • Monitor the work of individual representatives and the team, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to staff to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a pleasant working environment for the team, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and motivate staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
