Job Overview

As an Automotive Customer Service Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat. You'll provide precise information regarding our products and services, schedule appointments, build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving offerings, capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarize customer interactions to ensure tailored follow-up for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses

  • Deliver precise information regarding arenaflex's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Schedule appointments by narrowing down on customer needs and preferences
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of arenaflex's evolving offerings, including new products, services, and promotions
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Summarize customer interactions to ensure tailored follow-up for arenaflex's clients, driving sales and revenue growth

Required Skills

* Exceptional customer service abilities, particularly in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy with internet and window-based applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Capable of fast and accurate typing, with a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred)
  • Positive, professional demeanor with a willingness to adapt in a dynamic workplace

Qualifications
