Job Description

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, including product and service details
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles, including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual customer experience environment

  • Knowledge of financial services products and services, including credit cards, loans, and investments
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
