Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. About the Role
As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you'll have a clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll be responsible for answering customer requests, navigating and researching solutions, and communicating effectively with customers. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and delighting customers
- Navigate and research solutions using various tools and resources
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
