Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborating with internal teams, including purchasing, sales, and logistics
- Processing and tracking orders, shipments, and inventory
- Creating and maintaining accurate records and reports

- Ability to use office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and multi-line telephones
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
