Job Summary
As an Enterprise Data Storage Administrator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our data storage infrastructure. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our data is secure, accessible, and optimized for performance. Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and manage data storage infrastructure, including NAS, SAN, and DAS systems
- Develop and maintain data backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is secure, accessible, and optimized for performance
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on data storage and management best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data storage and management
- Develop and maintain documentation for data storage and management procedures
- Perform code updates and security fixes to ensure the integrity of data storage systems
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3 years' experience in data storage or a related field, with a focus on networking and storage protocols
- Industry knowledge and experience with large-scale SAN design and implementation
- Strong understanding of business storage organization, with experience in DellEMC, Cisco, and similar OEMs
- Familiarity with data synchronization technologies for both SAN and NAS
- Operating system framework organization skills (both Linux and Windows)
- VMWare knowledge and organization
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5 years' experience in data storage or a related field, with a focus on networking and storage protocols
- Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations
- Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
