About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience, ensuring that all touchpoints are seamless and customer-centric.
  • Provide regular training and coaching to the customer service team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a customer service management role, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.

  • Knowledge of banking and financial products is a plus, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry and its regulations.
