Job Summary

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to our clients across the country. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values, and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts and meet sales targets
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition and benefits
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction
  • Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service or sales experience

  • Experience working in a contact center or call center environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment, with minimal physical demands. You'll be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset, and may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks.
