Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service software applications, such as CRM systems.
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including international customers.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, including English.
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
