Job Summary
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients with their financial needs. You'll work in a fast-paced contact center environment, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex client issues. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong attention to detail, a passion for learning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Work in a contact center environment to support clients with their financial needs
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and provide suggestions for resolving internal and external client issues
- Perform moderately complex client care tasks, including:
+ Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner + Providing accurate and timely information to clients + Escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with changes to them
- Advocate for digital services, such as online delivery of statements and other documents, online signature capture, and other digital opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve client issues and improve the overall client experience
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in client care, financial services, or contact center operations, or equivalent experience through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows and applications, and use search tools to find information
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and clients
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
- Ability to analyze and implement digital upgrades to improve the client experience
- Business industry experience
- Knowledge of investment terminology
- Contact center experience
- A BS/BA degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience handling complex transactions and conducting thorough analysis to resolve complex client requests
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Experience with digital services, such as online delivery of statements and other documents, online signature capture, and other digital opportunities
- Business industry experience
- Knowledge of investment terminology
- Contact center experience
- A BS/BA degree or higher
