Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies and driving patient well-being results. You will work closely with our clinical networks to ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services and execute against identified partner-established pharmacy programs. Your primary focus will be on driving pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient well-being results.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects

  • Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met
  • Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and examining results; and executing changes
  • Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines
  • Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business systems to organization financial objectives
  • Execute and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance
  • Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultation, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, e.g., vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs)
  • Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
  • Uphold staff training experiences and advancement opportunities
  • Advances cooperation and spurs Pharmacy staff by cultivating a common vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and norms of morals and honesty
  • Conducts data and clinical audits and making vital moves to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications
  • Reviews medication records and patient profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment
  • Provides individualized patient/supplier discussion
  • Through utilization of exceptional interpersonal skills, wins the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board to the pharmacy concerns
  • Provides feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program including comments from patients as the value of individual consults
  • Responsible for all inquiries, discussed, and gives which relate directly to patient treatment
  • Provides clinical counsel and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as necessary
  • Performs other work consistent with the job duties in this record as allocated by management
  • Observes rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives
  • Complies with organization policies and procedures including all HIPAA rules/guidelines
  • Guarantees compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations

Essential Capabilities

* Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority

  • Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Able to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates
  • Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, contingent upon oneself to complete goals and it is necessary to decide when escalating issues
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Able to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Capabilities

* Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary

  • Knowledge of insurance plans
  • Knowledge of PC operating systems including Radio, Commitment, and Plus
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets)
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show)
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, arranging, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review pane or printing capabilities)
