Role Overview
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting remotely with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits from arenaflex. Your primary objective will be to consult with the family, explain the options available, and help them select the best plan to fit their family's needs. You'll be a key point of contact for our clients, providing attentive customer service, administrative support, and expert guidance to ensure they receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer
- Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and preferences
- Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
- Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
- Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ambitious, motivated, and organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Familiarity with supplemental benefits and their applications
- Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Experience using Zoom or other video conferencing platforms
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
