Position Overview

As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through online chat, phone, and email support. Key Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
