Job Summary
As a Quality Control Norms Information Expert Understudy, you'll be responsible for assisting in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with our Quality Control group to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive business growth and improvement
- Collaborate with the Quality Control group to identify areas for improvement and develop process enhancements
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive business growth
- Assist in the creation and dissemination of reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team
- Assess the effectiveness of processes and techniques by observing for patterns and errors
- Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
- Perform other work duties as directed by the Group Leader
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, data science, statistics)
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. data analysis, business analysis, quality control)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience with Microsoft Office and data analysis software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g. data science, business analytics)
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field (e.g. data analysis, business analysis, quality control)
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g. Power BI, Alteryx, QuickBase)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with statistical software (e.g. R, Python)
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations
