Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: Spanish and English), you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Resolving routine customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving customer information in our databases
  • Offering additional products and services to customers
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Open availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and computer navigation
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
