As a Retail Customer Service Expert, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling when required
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you should:
- Have 6 months of customer service experience (preferably)
- Be over 18 years of age
- Be able to type 25 wpm
- Have a High School Graduate or GED
- Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
- Possess proven oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills
- Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
- Possess organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to:
- Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later
- Have a Wired Ethernet LAN connection
- Have an Internet Connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- Ensure your ISP has no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
- Provide proof of internet speed
- Maintain a clean and quiet workspace
