Your Role
As a Remote Student Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for arenaflex customers, providing top-notch support via chat, email, and other channels. Your tasks will include:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information about arenaflex products and services, as well as membership options
- Processing incoming tickets and supporting customers throughout the entire customer life cycle
- Collecting customer feedback and contributing to the optimization of internal processes
- Maintaining and updating our knowledge base and documentation
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless customer support
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities:
- Currently enrolled at a university (full-time)
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with arenaflex or surveys in general (ideally, but not necessarily)
