Job Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a temporary remote capacity. This exceptional opportunity allows you to engage with both new and existing clients within a dynamic digital framework. As a Remote Medical Data Entry Clerk (Typist), you'll be responsible for executing accurate processing of customer credit applications, maintaining comprehensive and precise records of customer credit details, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute accurate processing of customer credit applications in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise records of customer credit details, utilizing software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize software tools to monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required, ensuring seamless client management.
- Cultivate a strong understanding of 340B account management to address client needs effectively, staying informed about updates to the 340B program, including relevant rules and regulations.
- Communicate clearly with clients and vendors, accommodating varying levels of technical expertise, and handle inbound customer service calls as part of daily duties.
- Collaborate extensively with 340B Account Managers to ensure seamless client management, providing a high level of support and service to our clients.
Required Skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook, with experience in high-volume data entry, including numeric and computerized tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a pressured environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and vendors.
- Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to multitask, with a proven track record of managing sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Eagerness to learn new software and adapt to evolving systems, with a willingness to continuously develop and improve skills.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of 340B account management.
- Prior experience in managing inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries effectively, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.
