Responsibilities
As a Remote Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Providing accurate product/service information and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Utilizing software and tools to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and productivity targets
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products/services and industry trends to provide informed support
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of customer service experience (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Previous remote work experience
- Certification in customer service or related field (e.g., CCNA, CSP)
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and CRM systems
Technical Requirements
To perform this role, you'll need:

- High-speed internet connection (25 Mbps+)
- Noise-cancelling headset and webcam

Work Schedule
As a Remote Support Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, with varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Available Shifts and Compensation
We have available shifts all days of the week, with compensation ranging from $17.00 to $42.00 per hour.
