Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry/Typist Clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data, while also contributing to the growth and development of our organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Management: Enter and update data accurately, verify data accuracy for high-quality information, manage and optimize data, and collaborate with team members to maintain data integrity.
  • File Maintenance and Record Keeping: Backup and update data on a regular basis, ensuring that all records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and provide excellent customer service as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Identify and resolve data entry issues, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and able to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, capable of working independently and meeting deadlines, and effective communication skills.
