Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Financial Operations and Reporting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial data entry processes, working closely with our accounting and finance teams to drive business growth and improvement. This is a remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $27/hour and the chance to work with a dynamic and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute daily and monthly financial data entry tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

  • Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/ internal controls
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Provide financial data and analysis to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including FP&A, functional partners, and external parties
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive cycle improvement and process enhancements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial operations and reporting

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in financial data entry, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/ internal controls
  • Experience with financial software, including NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* CPA certification or equivalent

  • Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and financial reporting
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
