Position Overview
We have multiple full-time and part-time customer support chat agent positions available, offering flexible day and evening shifts. As a Customer Support Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on arenaflex's website and social media accounts, assisting customers through email, chat, and social media platforms. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
* Respond to live chat messages on arenaflex's website and social media accounts
- Assist customers by answering questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
- Utilize prepared answers to frequently asked questions to efficiently resolve customer inquiries
- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering excellent service
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
