Competitive hourly wage ($17.00/hour) with potential to earn between $200-400 monthly by meeting performance targets
Equipment Provided:
All necessary tools for the role will be supplied by the company, including a monthly stipend of $50 to help offset your internet costs

Variety of flexible shifts, including morning, mid, and evening hours, with the possibility of working weekends
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents
- Assisting in the booking of new reservations and the modification of existing requests
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
- Meeting performance targets and contributing to the success of the team
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in customer service or a related field
