Job Overview

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact between customers and our franchisees, guiding them through the sign-up process for both recurring and one-time appointments. You'll engage with new customers, respond to inbound inquiries via phone and web, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be essential in building trust and rapport with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain customer account information and manage sales transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Act as a primary contact between customers and franchisees throughout the sales journey.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a strong close rate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and support strategies.

Required Skills

* 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably with phone interaction.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in managing objections and adept problem-solving skills in a professional context.
• Competence in computer operations, including a typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and support tools.

Qualifications
