Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with billing inquiries and concerns, ensuring all account information is accurately documented and inputted into our client system
- Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers, adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties
- Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
- Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals
- Maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time, achieving Quality Assurance goals, and adhering to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc)

Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Detail-oriented and able to organize and prioritize work, meeting strict deadlines
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with outside parties
- Strong focus on exemplary shift attendance
- Proficient with Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Technical Requirements:
* Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
- Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
- Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
- Camera requirements: Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)

Compensation:
* $16.50/hour
Training:
* Paid training starts on Monday, January 20, 2025
- Training hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST
- Following training, hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 7am - 9pm EST (Monday shifts are 10 hours); Saturday, 7am - 5pm EST
