Responsibilities
As a Travel Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Researching various destinations and travel options to provide clients with expert advice and recommendations
- Diagnosing client specifications and suggesting suitable travel packages and services
- Organizing travel from beginning to end, including booking flights, hotels, and activities
- Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel materials
- Collecting deposits and managing client payments

- Handling unforeseen issues and determining eligibility for credits/refunds
- Maintaining relationships with key vendors and partners

Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a plus
