Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on live chat support (training provided for those new to the field)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic English writing skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and professional responses to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in using technology, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones, with a reliable internet connection
