The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll also have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, helping to drive revenue growth and business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Answer questions and provide solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to drive revenue growth and business success
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales performance
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar company
- Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment.
