What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
As an Experienced Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):

* At least 6 months of customer service experience in a similar industry
* Residency within one of the following states: Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
* Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including high-speed internet (> 40mbps)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
