Your Role in arenaflex

As a Customer Care Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our global team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. Your passion for helping others, combined with your product knowledge and technical skills, will enable you to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Utilize product knowledge to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For:

* 6 months or more of customer service experience

  • Residency in Tennessee or surrounding areas
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Proficiency in computer software and high-speed internet (40mbps or higher)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
