Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our part-time team on a 3-6 month contract. As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including email, chat, and phone calls. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, maintain accurate records, and contribute to ongoing improvements in products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone calls, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
* Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a passion for customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills.
