Job Summary

As a Part Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert advice on coverage options, and implementing initiatives to enhance client retention rates. Key Responsibilities

* Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.

  • Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.
  • Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings.
  • Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.

Essential Qualifications

* Active Property & Casualty License Required.

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably with arenaflex or a similar organization.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience with arenaflex or a similar organization.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Certification in insurance-related fields, such as CPCU or CIC.

Compensation and Benefits
